Running Faster: A noteworthy piece posted on social media, claims to be from ex Public Protector Thuli Madonsela, although this is improbable, given she holds a chair in Social Justice at Stellenbosch University and would get fired if she dared spoke truth like this. However the source is irrelevant. It insightfully calls on blacks to stop using racism as a crutch and an excuse. Like SA-News has been saying, blacks need to take off their BBBEE nappy and grow up and raise their game. Otherwise they will never be equal because they will never see themselves as equal, instead of always seeing themselves as the victim, and constantly crying, or trying to profit from hurtful words. Liberal whites who constantly proclaim blacks are victims, are in effect saying they are superior to blacks and that blacks can’t survive without their virtue signaling!

Christmas Day births – Northern Transvaal 3 white babies were born and other 59 babies mainly black – an indication of who is responsible for the overpopulation in Africa

On Christmas Day, Western Cape hospitals stood out to care for all the expectant women who gave birth one after another.

At least 91 births were reported that day, of which two are white births, which is also an indication of who is responsible for the overpopulation in Africa.

In the Northern Transvaal three whites were born on Christmas Day, and the other 59 were mainly black babies.

It is unknown how many were born in Natal and on the Rand, but unconfirmed reports state that minors are responsible for almost half of the cases reported.

R6bn needed to renovate Gauteng hospitals – National Health Plan may be on ice

It will cost the state more than R6 billion to complete 32 hospitals’ safety rating. The decline and deterioration of hospitals is particularly seen in electrical installations, fire protection equipment, elevator regulations and storage facilities.

The condition can be attributed to contractors who do not deliver quality work and poor maintenance programs. There is concern that none of the hospitals will be able to be part of the government’s National Health Insurance Program as they are not accredited by the Office of Health Standards.

Meanwhile, Minister Tito Mboweni indicated in the mini-budget that the Health Plan is off track due to the extremely poor state of the South African economy.

God Help us! No health care facility in Gauteng controlled by ANC regime could pass safety audit – Now the very same regime wants to enforce a National Health Insurance Plan across SA

No healthcare facility in Gauteng was able to successfully pass a safety audit that complies with the Occupational Safety Act of SA (OHSA),according to a statement issued by DA Health spokesman Jack Bloom on Thursday. This means that all hospitals and clinics in Gauteng pose a safety risk to staff and patients.

It ranges from overcrowding to emergency departments, leaky roofs, non-functional air conditioning and non-standard kitchens.

This highlights how unprepared the state is for the planned National Health Insurance to be introduced.

Informed sources believe it is better not to go to the hospitals, as the risk of just being further affected or even die, has become too great.

“This information about the shock state of healthcare facilities is revealed by Gauteng Health MEC Bandile Masuku in a written response to questions in the Gauteng Legislature,” Bloom said.

National Health Insurance Plan of ANC regime – this is what you need to know!

The government is going to stop private medical aids! The government is going to force people to become part of the state’s National Health Insurance (NHI) Fund – people have no choice.

This means an ANC official is now going to decide who your doctor is and what hospital families can go to, even if you can get a Disprin.

That’s how the NHI works:
1. Only if you earn a job or income are you going to have to pay for the NHI Fund. The government will have to impose an additional 5% tax. People also no longer get the SARS benefit for medical.
2. There will be no coverage if ANC officials do not consider it “medically necessary” and if there is no “cost-saving intervention”. If the NHI refuses your treatment, you will have to appeal first … if you are still alive.
3. You will have to register with a state doctor, as determined by the government. Doctors will treat a limited number of patient

The government’s plan to steamroller the National Health Insurance (NHI) through Parliament and to have it promulgated as legislation will cost South Africa dearly.

Last month, the FF Plus warned in Parliament that adopting the NHI as legislation and enforcing it will cause experienced medical professionals to leave the country.

The Minister of Health, Dr Zweli Mkhize, is being obstinate in his attempts to get this law on paper so that it can be implemented, however, he is still unable to provide clarity regarding how the NHI will be financed and what the role of medical aid funds will be under the NHI.

Everything seems to indicate that the government is aiming to get rid of medical aid funds with the NHI and that will surely deliver another significant blow to South Africa’s already struggling economy.

Shocking! Almost 200 posts for doctors and specialists remain unfilled at Gauteng’s four academic hospitals — and many of these posts are likely to remain empty, the health department says

Gauteng hospitals can only fill half of its critical medical staff vacancies — positions that normally go to doctors, specialists and nurses, Gauteng health department deputy director general for clinical services Richard Lebethe says. Hospitals were first informed about this via an April circular sent to hospitals.

The head of psychiatry at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital, Wendy Friedlander, says medical officers are feeling the strain of almost 80 vacant posts.

“Doctors [now] have a much greater doctor to patient ratio. If you have more patients, what you can give in terms of time, facilities and resources to each patient is much less”, she explains. “Every patient is getting less care than they should be getting, less care than what they are entitled to.”

Friedlander stresses: “The quality of care has plummeted.”
