Controversial ‘Land or Death’ party BLF, finally deregistered as political party

“The political party Black First Land First (BLF) was finally registered as a political party. The South African Electoral Court on Thursday rejected the BLF’s appeal against its deregistration in July this year,” says Dr. Pieter Groenewald, FF Plus leader.

“In terms of section 16 (1) (c) of the Electoral Commission Act (Act 51 of 1996), the IEC may not register a political party that excludes membership on the basis of race, color or ethnicity. The BLF’s constitution states in Article 4 that only black people may be members of this party.

“In its appeal, the BLF has argued, among other things, that the wording in its constitution that only blacks may be part of the party has been misinterpreted and that people of other racial groups can be seen as black.

“The FF Plus argued that the BLF, through its leader, Andile Mngxitama, made it clear throughout the day that whites were not allowed to join the BLF.

With statements like ‘Any white person who touches us we will send them to hell’, ‘Only land thieves wants us to be de-registered’, ‘BLF threatens to take up arms if IEC deregisters the party over alleged hate speech’, “Mngxitama announces that his primary aim in parliament is to expropriate all stolen land from white settlers’,but you begged last year for donations to get your party on the Voting List, you have such a big mouth about White Afrikaners, you are digging your own grave and you should start to shut the hell up.

Black land First leader Andile Mngxitama has publicly expressed his contempt and hatred for white people in South Africa, says if he comes across anyone he wouldn’t hesitate to use his machete in a viral tweet, to which Helen Zille has drawn the attention of the world to yet another tweet.

Ramaphosa creates the impression that racism is only a white problem

President Cyril Ramaphosa’s reaction on Radio 702 when asked about the hate speech of BLF leader, Andile Mngxitama, is disappointing as he shifted the focus to white people as if to imply that racism is mainly a white problem.

According to media reports, President Ramaphosa implied that racism is not common among black people and that Mngxitama is probably just “a lone voice out there in the wilderness”.

President Ramaphosa also added that “we cannot, through the hatred of some white people then begin to define the whole white community as haters of black people”. And: we must say that those who hate black people and those who are racist must be isolated. We must teach them the best ways to be a nation.

Disgusting is not a proper word! BLF Leader, Andile, Celebrates The Farm Murder Of 2 Elderly Couple Shot While Sleeping

In a shocking tweet posted on Friday the 14th of December 2018, the national spokesperson for Black First Land First, Lindsay Maasdorp, celebrated the brutal murder of an elderly couple, who was shot and killed whilst sleeping in their beds, on their farm in the Western Cape.

This comes after Black First Land First leader, Andile Mngxitama, last week said that for every one black person killed they would kill five white people, including women and children.

Two elderly victims, male and female, were both shot dead in their bed whilst sleeping according to Ian Cameron of Afriforum.

The SAHRC, as well as many civil rights organisations and political parties, indicated that they would lay charges against BLF and take the matter further legally.

Lobby group AfriForum recently reported that 22 farm attacks have been reported in the Western Cape since the start of this year.
